Online Consultation – known as ’eConsult’ – is now available in all Liverpool GP practices, to help patients to stay at home and stay safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

eConsult is available for all patients to access from their own GP practice website, and it couldn’t be simpler to use.

It allows patients to fill out a simple online form to get advice or treatment from their own NHS GP – without waiting for an appointment, or even having to wait in a telephone queue.

Patients can use the system to ask advice about their symptoms, book appointments or tests, order repeat prescriptions, request sickness notes, and much more besides.

You can use eConsult from any device that has an internet connection – and at any time that’s convenient to you.
