These are the results of our Rock Court Surgery Feedback Form for 2019.
On the form patients are asked “How likely are you to recommend our GP Practice to Friends and Family if they needed similar care or treatment?” Patients are given the choice between Extremely Likely, Likely, Neither Likely nor Unlikely, Unlikely, Extremely Unlikely and Don’t Know.
